You know, that’s a really good question. I would try good video stores like Queen video (who would likely order this) or ask the more commercial chains if they’ll order (unlikely).
I have a very small video place near my house that has a great doc section. They will order anything I ask for as long as its available through their distributor.
Otherwise, check their website for updates - apparently they’ve screened it at quite a few universities.
