2 million reasons not to Facebook through class
From the start of elementary school until high school graduation, students spend two million minutes preparing for their future. Director Chad Heeter’s documentary 2 Million Minutes explores the dramatic differences between the way Western students spend that time versus students in China and India.

Where can we see the full documentary?
I’m guessing my Yonge & Lawrence Ave Rogers Video won’t stock that sort of thing!
You know, that’s a really good question. I would try good video stores like Queen video (who would likely order this) or ask the more commercial chains if they’ll order (unlikely).
I have a very small video place near my house that has a great doc section. They will order anything I ask for as long as its available through their distributor.
Otherwise, check their website for updates – apparently they’ve screened it at quite a few universities.

In the meantime, for other inspirational / must engage stuff:
1. The TED talks – any of them. Online, free, mind-blowing stuff.

2. Whole New Mind (book)
I highly recommend Dan Pink’s new book Whole New Mind. It’s a good overview of the kind of big picture thinking occurring among the more innovative business leaders.
